This place is a hazard
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Safety, cleanliness, and maintenance are ongoing problems, and management has done little to address them.
The fire alarm system goes off randomly, creating unnecessary disruptions and making residents question whether there is an actual emergency. To make matters worse, we have now been without a working air conditioner for two days while the outside temperature has been around 100°F. Living in these conditions is unacceptable, especially during... a Texas summer.
Common areas, especially the stairwells, frequently have animal waste and urine that are left for extended periods. The building often smells unsanitary, making it embarrassing to have guests over. Security is another major issue. Cars have been broken into, packages are routinely stolen, and the building doors often do not lock properly, leaving residents and their property vulnerable.
I’ve repeatedly brought these concerns to management, but nothing meaningful has been done. The on-site manager always seems to be “in a meeting,” and issues are ignored instead of resolved. This property advertises luxury living, but the reality is poor maintenance, inadequate security, and a lack of responsiveness to residents’ legitimate concerns.
I cannot recommend living here.
