Quality Down Graded

I have lived here a few years now, mainly because I have become complacent and I’m just not ready to start a new home search. I usually wait a while before I submit a maintenance request because 1) Their process is mostly inconvenient. 2) It takes a while to get a response. 3) Rarely, is the issue ever resolved with the “first repair.” It took me a few days to report the hot water in the kitchen sink no longer works - not the first time. Submitted the maintenance request 07/17/2026 and called... the office because I know how they work. Today is 07/30/2026 - - - still no hot water. No updates. I call the office every few days and submit a new work request - - - the only response I get is “I don’t know. I will let the guys know.” Yes, the quality has definitely down-graded. Not sure if I need to blame the staff or management that seems to change / rotate out every year or so. I have more maintenance requests to submit but I can live without those repairs for now - - - - for this exact reason. Rent’s due and of course they don’t give rent credits for outstanding repair issues. Service level has definitely been downgraded.

In love with this property!!

I recently moved in to this apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I first inquired about the property, Nikko, the leasing agent, was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that the leasing process went smoothly.

The apartment itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall comfort. The location is convenient, the building is well-maintained, and the neighbors... are friendly.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live, and I especially want to thank Nikko for his exceptional customer service. His professionalism and dedication made the entire renting process a breeze. Thank you, Nikko, and thank you, Village of Hawks Creek, for providing such a wonderful living experience. I am loving it!!

Do not apply

Don’t waste your time applying. They will tell you that you got approved and then you have to wait weeks for the “offer letter” just for them to say you no longer have to apartment you were promised.

Second time a golf ball hit my windshield costing me thousands. Golf course doesn’t care neither does the apartment manager.
