Ongoing Communication Issues – Immediate Attention Needed
Dear Franklyn,
I am writing to express my growing frustration with the consistent lack of communication from the office at Samuels. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email regarding an important matter, I have received no response. This lack of acknowledgment has made it nearly impossible to get even basic support or answers.
Out of sheer desperation, I recently submitted a work order—not because it was... needed, but simply in hopes of getting someone to notice my pending communication. Meanwhile, residents are regularly bombarded with emails and text messages from your team, yet when we try to respond or raise concerns, there is silence.
As a paying resident, I find this unacceptable. The high rent should reflect a standard of service and responsiveness that is clearly not being met.
I have intentionally avoided coming down to the office in person, as I’m frankly very upset and would prefer to handle this calmly and professionally. However, if this continues to be ignored, I may have no other choice.
I truly hope this message will prompt some timely action and acknowledgment. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.
