My experience at this apartment complex hasn’t been the easiest, especially with the changes in ownership along the way. However, I truly want to highlight the leasing team and on-site staff for the effort they consistently put in. They have been accommodating, attentive, and responsive to my needs despite the transitions happening behind the scenes.
What stands out most is their willingness to listen and do their best to create a comfortable and stable living environment. That level of care... has made a meaningful difference for me and has helped this place feel like somewhere I can see myself staying long-term.
If you’re considering working with this team, I would encourage you to do so. They are professional, kind, and genuinely committed to supporting their residents.

DONT RENT HERE
i’m a new tenant and the AC was not working the first day of my lease. it’s been a week and the AC still hasn’t been fixed. the management here is terrible

Management is terrible
The apartment complex itself is nice, but the management? Terrible. They took over 1k from me when I moved in and never put it in my account. I've lived here a year now. They have the receipts, i have the receipts, and yet nothing has been posted. I've never been able to use the wifi that I pay every month for, I've had my heater out the whole time I've lived here, and my toilet was broken over a month and they kept marking it as fixed when it was not. They are now kicking me out when they... should not be. I am so done with this apartment complex, run far and run fast does not even cover the half of it.

New Company NOT good
This Company that had taken over the Hulen Oaks Apartment is even more worse. The trash that is left in the breezeways is not clean. A lot of the green bushes and trees and grass has been destroyed. Dog poop is everywhere all around tenants cars and sometimes in the middle of parking area. Some contract worker left a ladder at my balcony today. No one is using it. I ask management to have it removed from the balcony and not leave it there overnight for someone to come up and try to break in on... me. They didn't do nothing. The ladder has been here all day and no one is using it. I don't know who left it there. The person from this contract company know that they are wrong to leave this ladder at my balcony. I will do what I have to do to protect myself. Management had tried to get me to pay rent thru my account at my bank. I refuse too. The last 2 months water had been shut off 6 times. It has been hot and come in and find out the water is off because management doesn't let you know anything until you find out on your on. No one in the office never knows anything.
