This ain’t it. Not even worth the price.

Just stay away. I don’t even know where to start…
First the front staff seemed unbothered and a bit flippant about leaving good first impressions on future residents. Second the original unit I applied and got keys for was NOT move in ready like at all. It was infested with roaches, some as large as my palm. Multiple in the kitchen and bathroom area. Notified the management team, was helped by Sarah, sweet woman doing all she can. However, the sense of urgency at which they move to even do the… simplest of things, like get the paperwork for a unit transfer for example, is almost non existent. Says “I’ll send you an email by the end of the week”, I wait, nothing, I call, they don’t pick up the phone (more on that later).
They moved me to a different unit, this one wasn’t infested with roaches, began the move in process for this one, despite the delay in transfer papers being processed. A week goes by with only cleaning items in the unit… someone broke in and stole my vacuum and other cleaning items. Door had obviously been forced open, back door left unlocked, someone else’s belongings were left in the kitchen and all the cabinets had been rummaged through. I immediately notified the management team, specifically Sarah as she’s the one that I’ve worked with the most.
The phone situation; anytime I call I am sent to voicemail automatically, which they also don’t respond to. There is no way to get in touch with them unless you go in person and request to speak to someone. Now I’m waiting on their response for my lease to be canceled and my fees to be refunded.

All of this happened within 20 days btw. Move in date was the 5th I type this on the 24th. Save yourself the stress and money and avoid this place at all costs.

Don't Waste Your Time

It's just okay. We lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out. The apartment itself was nice enough, but good luck getting maintenance to do a single thing. They'll mark your request as completed within seconds of you submitting it and never actually come fix it. The water is shut off constantly -- and I mean CONSTANTLY! I think we only ever went like 4-5 days, maximum, without having the water shut off for "repairs". The place is also infested with German cockroaches -- they're… everywhere, and impossible to keep out of pet food, fridges, anything electronic. The complex also sends every single resident at least 4-5 emails a day, always the same thing over and over and over again, and it's incredibly annoying. There's also a LOT of homeless people all over the area, and no gates on the property to keep them out. My car also got illegally towed twice and the complex refused to do anything about it.

The good outweighs the bad

I renewed my lease this year for 2 reasons. One: I really wasn't ready to move yet. Two: The maintenance staff has gotten better over time. I'm loving the work that they do more & more. Susan, Corrine & Ashley are super incredible. They make sure that they try to handle each & every concern that you have to the best of their ability. There are a few things that I don't like about the property but for the most part, I can say that this far the good has outweighed the bad.

Great place to live!

I have lived here for over a year. It is very peaceful. Management is great. Any and I mean any issues or concerns that I have had were taken care of in a timely manner. I renewed my lease because of management caring about everything that concerned me.

move in and office staff

I have had a positive experience working with the office team thus far. Both Ashley and Corrine have been exceptionally helpful during my moving process. Despite feeling anxious about the move, they were able to address all of my concerns. The maintenance manager and his team have also been fantastic, promptly resolving any issues that arose and demonstrating patience with even the smallest matters.
