Don't do it

I am writing this review for those who want to occasionally open your windows for fresh air, or those who want to sleep peacefully through the night or those who would like to work in a relativity quiet atmosphere. If you desire any of the above, DO NOT move into Amli At The Ballpark. The noise level from the street and ballpark is excessive, disturbing and non-stop.

The property is located 100 feet from a busy street. While this can certainly be convenient, it also comes with a constant… barrage of cars and trucks with modified mufflers. The sound from these vehicles is that eardrum piercing, mind numbing, high-decibel roar that can stop you in your tracks. For perspective, the bathroom is the room furthest from the windows facing the street. The bathroom door can be closed with the shower water running and you can still hear it. It’s also very disturbing to be awakened in the middle of the night to this sound. I found that the only way to function while working during the day was to run a loud box fan to somewhat drown out the street noise.

I can overlook the crickets, fleas and spiders that come with an open air building. And I dealt with the trash piling up everywhere. I also found it concerning that while there is plenty of covered parking available, there were constant emails about protecting your car and possessions from theft in the garage.

Whatever good there may be with living in this complex, it was negated by the noise levels which made it insufferable.

If you value even a modicum of serenity, find another place to live. You will regret it on Day One.

We are sorry that this has been your experience. Everyone is notified upon leasing that the adjacent ballpark and any noise that comes from their traffic at events can and will occur. Unfortunately, we do not control what happens there as we are not… affiliated other than being neighbors. Additionally, being in the city and close to an event space, crime can occur. We send those emails out so that all residents can be prepared. Our goal is to be open and communicate to the best of our ability.

Stay Away

Worst experience. Stay away. Noisy people around. Walls are thin. Have been having sleepless nights. Check all reviews before moving here. They haven’t improved at all. 3 months and counting to see if there is any improvement. Tired of this place. The neighbour walks through the night. Stomping ….. noise on the wood making squishy noises. I read all their reviews. This place is not good for a good living. Absolutely paper thin walls.

Noisy, dirty, and leasing is awful

Leasing office is very incompetent and severely lack of communication skills leaving residents waiting hours for appointments they do not intend to attend. When I moved in there were bugs around the apartment, I called leasing and was told to maintenance will be there shortly, but the front office wasn’t even aware maintenance was already off the the day! They never mentioned the noise pollution coming from the ballpark when touring, though you will have to sign a noise addendum AFTER paying… application fees. It’s not the games’ cheers, it’s the constant music playing year round that is horrible. The building was poorly constructed and not well kept with trash buckets for weeks spread across the property to catch leaks. The windows were cheaply installed and you have to clean the puddles of water that appear due to condensation. Called in appliance leaks and was brushed off until everything flooded. The noise pollution was horrible but the lack of competence from leasing is unforgivable.

Adequate... Average - Not Great

Overall its an average place to live but not great - decent polite management and they seem to maintain the place OK. But finding parking is an issue inside the garage, especially on weekends, so get used to parking on the street behind the complex. Not the best efforts for controlling excessive noise from the pool area even late at night. And good luck getting Amazon deliveries - one big room that you have to hunt through to find your package - if its even there.
