AMLI Campion Trail

After 9 years in an older complex in Addison, I made the decision to move to Las Colinas. I looked at 8 apartment complexes and chose AMLI Campion Trail because it offers the best value for the money - plentiful and well-maintained amenities, great floor plans - many with really nice views, premier common area spaces, beautiful pools. What really closed the deal for me was how remarkable Zach was in comparing nearby properties and his confidence that Campion Trail will be my best next home. I moved here a few months ago and can’t say enough great things about it! I absolutely love my unit, the maintenance staff and office staff are wonderful! Speaking of office staff - Zach is the beeeest! He’s friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend living here :)

From the moment my sister and I walked through the doors of AMLI at Campion Trail, we were greeted with a warmth and kindness that instantly set this community apart. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Charity — a leading consultant — welcomed us with grace and professionalism. She offered us water (which was especially appreciated in the intense noon Texas heat!) and took the time to walk us through available floor plans and ready units.

While I’m in need of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout,... Charity was still excited to show us a 2/2 unit that was available, and her enthusiasm was infectious. As we waited for her to retrieve the keys, we had the pleasure of meeting Irma, who was equally kind and gracious. That brief interaction made something very clear: kindness and genuine care are not just part of the job here — they are the culture.

It’s rare to find a team so passionate about creating a welcoming environment while maintaining such a beautiful and well-run community. Charity, in particular, embodies what every residential consultant should strive to be — knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and truly compassionate. Residential management can be incredibly complex, and yet Charity makes it seem effortless, all while keeping the human touch that makes such a difference.

Based on my first impression of Charity and Irma alone, I was ready to apply for a lease on the spot. While I’m waiting for my husband to arrive before finalizing a decision, I truly hope this community ends up being the right fit for us. After five years living abroad, it would be a privilege to return to the States and call a place like this home.

We really love the place, it's well maintained, gym is great, good management, immediate assistance on any problems, great location (lake Carolyn & campion trail are walkable distance).

If I could give 0 stars I would,I only lived in this apartments for a year, management never answers any questions or concerns, multiple times I had to get ahold of someone and almost every time I would get answered by a call center that just told me that the management would get ahold of me later but never(and I really mean never) did. Making me either give up on my issue or I had keep calling 15 times a day.
Told us construction was going to take 8 weeks but ended up taking almost 3 months,... compensation for closing down our windows and patio plus all the noise(literal banging on walls at 8 am) was only a one time payment of 90 dollars whenever Our rent monthly is 18 times that.
And after I finally moved out they said that the carpet in the entrance of the bedrooms(the part that you MUST step on) had to be replaced because of too much heavy traffic taking away most of the security deposit. I tried arguing that it’s normal tear and wear since it’s the entrance of the carpet but they said I probably never vacuumed which obviously I personally know that’s not the case.
Lastly the reason we decided to move waa because when the renewal came up they asked us for a 400 dollar a month increase after all the issues we had.( a 25% increase)

Overall I do not recommend this apartments to anyone trying to move into the area. Definitely not worth the money especially for the new prices they are trying to charge. Read More
