Better not have friends

You can only have someone visit twice a week or they are at risk of their car getting towed for $400. You can also only have two people at once which is absurd.
Management is also rude and unhelpful. It's also dirty and not well maintained. Would not recommend and for the price it is even more not worth it.

Incompetent billing

The Apt is ok. You do smell cigarettes in Apt. Water comes through my back door every time it rains. The door does not fit the enclosure. Bugs in bathroom. The payment system is very complicated and mistakes are easy. Do not expect the billing department to help you with it. If you make a mistake like wrong routing number or system takes 3 payments at once. The Apt charges you for all mistakes you make as NSF although this is when you get no payment. It against the law. So probably better places… to live that love customers and values us.

I don’t recommend

Only good thing about this place is location. Be ready to hear neighbors conversation the walls are thin as paper. Also be prepared to hear someone walking over you unless you’re on the top floor. Trash in hallways, poop outside etc.

Very Automated Move-in Process

This was our first experience with minimal human interaction, and I think this will be the way of the future. It was very different, starting with the self-guided tour. There IS some human interaction during the move-in process, but everything went smoothly. In fact, from the time we had our self-guided tour to the time we moved in was only two days! I don't think this could have been accomplished with a traditional human-interaction experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it… was somewhat confusing trying to meet in-person with the move-in concierge. Other than that, the entire move-in experience was as smooth as a trout's ear.

Do not recommend

They will keep your deposit and charge you additional for repairs that aren’t necessary. When you ask for proof they will not respond. Walls are paper thin and you can hear all of your neighbors. Not ideal if you work from home or are a light sleeper.
