Very poor management

Please be aware that your safety is at risk when you move here. Property management is trying to force residents to remove their doorbell cameras. Slow response time to maintenance requests. The entire property is infested with wasps, so you can’t enjoy the outdoor amenities. Coyotes in the surrounding area and vehicle break ins. Plus management is never on site to assist residents and prospective tenants. There are too many other options in the surrounding area to settle on this place.

Rodent infestation

I loved my apartment at The Canal, but a rodent and roach infestation ruined it. Management was unresponsive, pest control delayed, and I couldn’t live there for 6 days. They offered just a $50 rent credit. Poor communication and care—won’t renew my lease

The truth

Nobody will answer the phone , they are extremely slow at responding to issues and don’t even waste your time dealing with the mail system , they will lose your packages because your apartment number doesn’t match your mailbox

Lack of responsibility

We pay for reserved parking and constantly have someone parked in our spot. We ask them to put up a sign to match all the other spots and they “have to contact their designer”. We offered to buy to the exact sign from Home Depot for $27.00 and “they can’t do that”. They say they are handling but in the meantime we have had 4 cars towed just this week because they say “just call towing”. Every response from them is some confused we are working on a solution copy and pasted response.

lack of accountability. Not to mention they lost our lease to begin with so the towing company wouldn’t even come.
I know we now live in a world where “it isn’t my fault” but what happened to doing your job with pride and making things right?

Terrible A/C

I’ve lived here since December and from the get go i had issues with the heater and now. Since summer I’ve had nothing but constant issues with the A/C i arrive home to a apartment at 80 degrees EVERYDAY after work . I have it set at 68 they don’t care they just send maintenance to reset the thermostat and that’s it . This issues has not been resolve and i can’t afford to break the lease i should be able to arrive home in comfort not dread going home because it’s hot as it is outside
