Very quiet complex with cool amenities and great location

I really like living at Ravello because of the boutique feel - limited number of units, great pool and common areas, very nice gym, onsite storage and a parking garage. The office gets to know you by name. Emily is so helpful in the office and always has a great attitude. Lastly, the location is so convenient to Legacy East/West, Star District, and the Colony.

Terrible experience

The apartment complex has a real problem with its fire alarm systems - it goes off multiple times and each time you will get an apology email but the very loud alarm goes on and on. Working or if you have pets or just looking for a peaceful stay this is not for you. Trash does not cleared properly on a regular basis. Very expensive for the value one gets - many other local choices that are much better and at a better price point

Worst customer service

When I moved in, the apartment was very dirty.Worst customer service and once you move out they will charge all types of cleaning fee (Ozone treatment $130). Manager doesn't have time to talk. I followed up with her for more than 3-4 months but she never replied. She sends your account directly to collections instead of responding to questions over email

New ZRS Management Terrible

Moved out September 30th. After 6 full weeks of back and fourth and constant follow up I still don’t have my deposit refund. Multiple mistakes made by leasing office (tries to bill me 500 for carpet cleaning without inspecting my unit), I have an email from 2 weeks ago proving I’m due a full refund... still no check. Called the corporate office last week to get anyone to do anything. Incredibly disappointing move out process. I was told I would have a tracking number by the regional manager of... ZRS for this check, I never received any info. Constant lack of follow up and follow through by new management. ZRS management took over this place it’s like pulling teeth to get them to answer phone. Complete lack of communication once I moved out.

I love these apartments

I love these apartments. The staff is really helpful, the people are really friendly, there is a dog run in the parking lot, and the pool is awesome!
