The communication is terrible. Calling the emergency maintenance for over 3 hours leaving multiple messages no 9ne shows or calls. We had to call the non emergency line for Frisco to help with our water heater busted. Our apartment was flooded. I did not hear back from the off till the next day sayong there emergency line was down bc if a 5 min storm we had 2 days prior. Then I had to send multiple calls to get people out here then was promised they were have a cleaning company come clean our... place ( which we did not ask for it was offered due to there lack of work ethic) and still have not gotten an email on when they will come or who the company is.
