My apartment is of excellent quality for its price. It's spacious, attractive, and in an excellent location. The staff here have also always gone the extra mile to be friendly and helpful.

The brook is not a good place to live. The maintenance crew takes months to fix issues. Issues that you pay for. My lease is about to be expired and I willl not be renewing or recommending this place to anyone

Ever since Greystar took over, this place is going downhill and fast. The property is dirty and falling apart. The gates are constantly open. I live literally next door to the manager of the property and that has been its own nightmare. The maintenance staff don’t know how to do anything. Communication regarding anything important at this property is non-existent

The communication is terrible. Calling the emergency maintenance for over 3 hours leaving multiple messages no 9ne shows or calls. We had to call the non emergency line for Frisco to help with our water heater busted. Our apartment was flooded. I did not hear back from the off till the next day sayong there emergency line was down bc if a 5 min storm we had 2 days prior. Then I had to send multiple calls to get people out here then was promised they were have a cleaning company come clean our... place ( which we did not ask for it was offered due to there lack of work ethic) and still have not gotten an email on when they will come or who the company is.

The brook is a place for people who don’t mind paying for services that are not taken care of. The valet trash is hardly picked up. Maintenance doesnt fix anything that is not an emergency. You will pay for a lot of things on your lease agreement but they do not deliver on their end!
