LOUD NOISE. TRASH EVERYWHERE.
PLEASE HEED MY WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will not get your money's worth whatsoever. My experience here has been the absolute worst. From work orders taking over a month to be completed, barely getting any airflow throughout my apartment that maintenance said they would take care of, but never did, the new maintenance guy making me extremely uncomfortable, and the resident in Bldg 45 being allowed to play her TV as loud as possible even though I've made multiple complaints to the leasing... office and have had to call Georegtown Police to get them to turn their TV down. Reveal54 said the loud noise is a 'lease violation' yet they've failed to do anything about it. I can't even concentrate when I try to work from home and study because I can hear her TV over my TV. The loud noise that I've been dealing with has caused me major anxiety and distress and since the leasing office has failed to do anything about it, I have no choice but to take legal action. Also, there is ALWAYS TRASH on the ground EVERYWHERE. Once my lease is up, I'm getting far far away from this hellhole. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! IT IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX!
