Alpine Village

I’ve lived in several apartment communities over the years, and Alpine Village has been the first place where I’ve truly felt safe. The community is clean, well-maintained, family-oriented, and has such a welcoming atmosphere.

What really sets Alpine Village apart is the leasing office staff. Braylon, Umber, and Jacky, are always friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Their positive attitudes make a real difference and reflect how much they care about the residents.

They... even convinced me to stop by one of the community pool parties. It was only a short visit, but for me that was a big deal because I had never participated in apartment events anywhere I’ve lived before. That says a lot about how welcome they make people feel.

As a new resident here at Alpine Village, I found that the process from tour to leasing is very organized and straight forward. The staff so far have been very helpful and accommodating. The amenities are great! I look forward to a great lease term here at Alpine Village.

Great staff, great maintenance team, very poor building and inspection, and very low quality third party contractor work/service.

Alpine Village is a wonderful community for families with pets! Since I live in a single-family home, my dog has access to a backyard, allowing him to enjoy the community as much as we do! It is great having a safe place for my dog to play and relax!

This property has an ongoing roach issue. Roaches come out from behind the walls, light switches, outlets, behind the oven, near the vents, and upstairs.

We have documented roaches crawling out of unsealed gaps in the home, including a photo of a roach emerging directly from behind a light switch plate.

Staff acknowledged an ongoing community pest problem. We pay a required monthly pest control fee. We requested to be added to the weekly spray list through the tenant portal and by email.... Management did not respond to the requests, and our unit was skipped for pest service. Even though, the property was already made aware of the roach issues.The property continued to post on social media and send portal announcements.

The home has sealing issues. When it rains, water enters near the back door and forms puddles inside. Spiders, centipedes, and other bugs have entered through these areas. We asked about fixing this and were told it would be taken care of yet it has not been resolved.
