On Wed August 16th 2023, I was informed that my application was approved and to remit payment in the amount of $2,200.68. I paid the requested amount and the $250 deposit to secure an apartment. I was informed the following week that the unit they had for me would not be available, and they offered me a different unit, which I accepted with a move in date of August 25th 2023. I received a phone call from the office on the 24th of August letting me know that they did not have a unit for me. I was… again offered a different apartment with a move in date of September 15th 2023. On August 31st 2023, I emailed the leasing consultant informing her that I decided not to move forward and had secured residence elsewhere. A refund in the full amount was requested, of which I have the email chain. On October 13th 2023, I called the apartment complex to inform them that I had not received a refund.
