Convenient living. Great schools. Gated community. Police patrol. Quiet. Beautiful landscape. Great family area for grilling & fun. Pet friendly. Monthly community activities between staff & residents. Great maintenance. Cool serenity of the pool. Water area with ducks & turtles. Dog park. Great shopping & schools. Fine dining as well.
Come on in & meet Monica, Johnsie & Chyna. They can hardly wait to tour the community with you & answer any questions you may have. Looking forward to... meeting you at your new home!!!

The gate never works. Pool is always closed because tenants constantly mess it up. Same with what few amenities are available. Offers Parcel Pending but that doesn't work either. Maintenance is disrespectful but if you try to complain to management they'll take their side. Can't wait until the end of our lease. Oh and you'll need pest control to come out constantly.
