Cleanliness and safetyness The building needs quite a bit of work done and cleaning. There’s an entrance where the door has been broken into and it hasn’t been fixed properly. Elevators are dirty. In that same entrance where it was broken into, there’s like either termites or something on the corner of the wall it’s chipped away at. Nice building but needs a lot of upkeep and idk if there’s security going around either.

Misleading information Hard to get in contact with, the information about pricing constantly changed. Was just looking to get fees and deny people without being clear as for criteria
