They do not care about the residents at all. They are just waiting to sell apparently. They are bringing in maintenance guys from Dallas, there is no in house maintenance team here. They have a tow company come here every night, but the only problem they DON'T have here is parking, so why on earth would they pay for that service? I assume someone that works here knows the guys at the tow company.

Ac unit not working It doesn't seem that anyone cares that my ac is not working. Neither the office nor the maintenance personnel can tell me when it will be fixed. I keep asking and they gove me an excuse. Ridiculous. Like they don't care at all.

Poor inspection of unit before releasing keys to new resident I probably predicted that my unit would not be properly ready for me to move in on the scheduled day.
My leasing was signed with plenty time for them to prepare it, one month prior, and I even sent an email a week before asking for pest control, to inspect all items in the list and if clean and ready to move in.
Well, it was not.
Key copy was not made, unit was very dirty and when going through the inventory condition form I had to... list several items not in proper condition. Just to list a few: blinds damaged/broken, disposal not working, kitchen sink loose/detached from stone counter, cabinet handle missing, toilet flush stuck and keeps running…)
I placed maintenance request, 4 days and waiting for maintenance visit to fix it all.
