Not ready to move in The apartment wasn’t ready to move in. It wasn’t very clean and there were som issues with appliances and other stuff.

Mold situation I discovered I had mold in my apartment and first I was blamed for it, then after we went around that it took 3 days for any action to be done. It was difficult and quite frustrating.

No hot water Unfortunately no hot water the first 4 days, mosquitos broken both not changing yet. Otherwise pretty good.
