I’ve lived here since 2020. The last 2 years this place has declined astronomically. New ownership, can never keep a maintenance team, grounds a dirty filled with trash. The worst is DOG POOP IS EVERYWHERE. Often found in my own hallway! Staff is SLOW to react. Security concerns- car gates always being left open, front entrance gate was smashed in and has been left open for 3 weeks as of the date of this review.

Nicole and her team are great! We transferred from one apartment to a new apartment and the Viv management took great care of us and made it super easy and affordable. I recommend you live here.
The pool and park are well maintained and very quiet. You can really enjoy the privacy and overall quietness at the Viv.

Request for service are always promptly acted on. The most recent case is fixing the light in the kitchen, the technician is very deligent in his work, making sure all missing nuts are replaced even though he has to walk back and forth to the store room.

Horrible security, everything not bolted down (and many things that are) are constantly stolen here. The parking garage gate is a massive joke, it might as well not even be there. Save yourself the money, run from this place.
