Noise may carry between floors, especially in the upstairs/downstairs unit pairings, so guests are encouraged to be mindful of footsteps and volume, particularly during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking indoors is allowed, with a $600 fine and cancellation for violations. No parties or unauthorized gatherings are permitted, with a $1,000 fine for violations.
