Love my apartment and the amazing team so blessed ! Has been such a blessing to be located to everything and Whole Foods. It’s a very peaceful and easy transition. Recommend it here for sure.

2900 W Dallas is a great place to call home! Beautifully maintained pools, friendly neighbors, and a spacious apartment. And the location can’t be beat—it’s so close to everything going on in Montrose and River Oaks, and the bayou trails are practically in our backyard.

2900 W. Dallas for me is a divine living experience, from its perfect location to the quiet and well-maintained property.
One of the things that I most enjoy about my living experience at 2900 W. Dallas is the leasing staff. Their great customer service, genuine helpfulness, and kindness are boundless. In addition, the hard-working maintenance team at 2900 W. Dallas is hands down the best! They are very efficient, diligent, and leave my apartment as they found it.
I sincerely appreciate... all that each of them has done for me as well as for the community.

Clean, Elegant, and Quiet. Could not have asked for a better place. I recently had to move and was not pleased. Could not find the right fit. Then, I found 2900 West Dallas. It's been the silver lining to finding a new place.
