Neighborhood is loud music at all day and night.
Pools are not being cleaned. Especially in the summer should be once or twice a week.
There is not working maintenance requests and no way to check status.
The office does not communicate with concepts. They only care about send out warning about trash or something but no one listens.
It is eve hard to pay rent. I used to be able to open a payment website and be done. Then I had to go to store and pay. And now I dont know if that will work.

The professionalism of maintenance and office workers is amazing.
The work of picking up garbage at the door is impeccable, there are no complaints about garbage collection.

Its been an overall pretty nice experience. The price is great, and maintenance has come out quickly the few times I've put a request in. I do wish there was a better 'gym' area, as most of the equipment is broken but eh.
