Trash everywhere in the entrances in the garages . Usually garage doors do not work. Units humid and smelly. Staff okay . Sometimes you’ll get packages stolen from neighbors and delivery never find the way to get in so they tend to leave the food outside because they don’t have a way to get in. Location is okay depending on where you work.

I liked living here for the most part. It was clean and felt safe most days. There were many occasions where trash was left in the trash room and it would smell really bad in the halls or people broke in the garage and stole wheels. They did listen to my suggestion of adding cameras, but i’ve heard that the cameras don’t work and are there for show. Also the management has gone downhill since the property manager left when i first signed 2 years ago. They used to be on top of it but now... management switches every couple months and the quality has dropped. They also raised rent since i first signed and usually if the quality of the property improves it would be justified, but since there’s been management changes, anytime something breaks it takes forever to fix if it actually gets fixed. About 3 months before i moved out, the exit gate for the garage has been broken and they didn’t send a single email update since then and it was still broken when i moved out. I love living here. I will and have referred people to move it. I am so grateful beyond measures. Everyone is nice and welcomed me with open arms. It' a big family here. That' what I truly love about this place.

My boyfriend and I have been living here since March. Coronavirus has limited many of the amenities, which sucks. It would be nice if they could give a small credit/refund because of that, but I guess that would be laughable to expect.
Overall, we are happy and would recommend this complex.

Pros:
-area is nice for walking outdoors with my dog
-apartment finishes are nice-looking, love the layout
-we feel very safe/secure. We like the indoor halls and that it's just one big building instead of... many small ones. Parking garage is well-lit.
-maintenance is well-run

Cons:
-rules are not enforced as much as they could be (valet trash procedures, dog poop, parking)
-propane is often out at the grills, which is frustrating
-the carpeted halls can trap gross smells and were quite dirty until they were recently steam-cleaned. Read More

This place is SO much nicer than our old apartment, we have so much more room, and the price is so reasonable! We also love living in a smaller community.
