Cada vez que he tenido un problema o una solicitud, ha respondido de manera rápida y eficiente, buscando soluciones inmediatas. Old, roaches, rusty sinks, old/not working appliances. They have this trick where they show you a new apartment as an example. Your apartment will NOT look like that.

Condom wrapper on stairways. Toured this place as I know one of the occupants and it is absolutely disgusting. Filthy corridors and stairways, many people who reside here leave trash outside of doors. I have called and tried to get an actual tour of the apartments but the office management was nothing but rude, so glad I saw this place for what it is, a dirty, filthy and unlivable establishment.

After trying to get a 17 y.o. microwave replaced they said it was do to bad usage and were going to charge me $275 to replace it. I told them No thank you that I'd have my guy come and do it for cheaper. They do not communicate with you. No emails. No text until I had them come and look at the microwave. Management service has dropped in the last year. Sad after being here for 10 years.

Staff is rude and not helpful once you live here. Dirty grounds at the back and fencing is falling apart. When I phoned area manager she has not even had the decency to return any of my calls. Paint is peeling of walls and it was just repainted. Stove hasn’t been working properly for over a year it still hasn’t been fixed. Molding in vents.
