We did everything possible to get your A/C repaired as quickly as we could. However, as explained, the parts needed were discontinued by the manufacturer and had to be specially ordered, which caused an unavoidable delay. We’re glad that the supplies... have now arrived and that your A/C is fully repaired. Thank you for your patience.

Stay Away - Unsafe!

I visited this property in the interest of renting here. Stay away unless you just have nowhere else to go. The property felt very unsafe. The gates were wide open. I was able to just drive in without issue. The local area feels unsafe as well, especially with it being right off hwy 6. Anyone can just walk onto the property. The broken glass in the parking lot showed that cars may have been broken into. Ignoring the safety issue, the pool was very small, as was the gym. For as expensive as this... place is, especially with calling itself a "luxury" apartment, it should have a much better feel when you are there. It should also be secure.

Amazing porperty

I have been living here for over a year now. It has been amazing for me. Management has been very friendly and attentive. If I put in a request for something to be fixed it is taken care of that same day. My neighbors are friendly and I have not had a problem with anyone. I have never experienced a problem with the gate being broken. I have seen them out there working on it , so I know when there is a problem they are quick to fix it. I would 10/10 recommend.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOULL REGRET IT

I’ve been living here for a year and 4 months and renewed my lease 4 months ago. I regret renewing my lease to the fullest. When I first moved here, when the apartment were under Allen Harrison, the leasing and management team were very professional and ethical at all times. The new management is very poor and unprofessional. The property manager threaten to call the police on me when I attempted to discuss a fee that was assessed to my account. The occupancy is very high, people are moving out... left and right and it’s very much because of the management team. I’m dreading my move out date because I made a huge mistake. And I agree with every other review, 2 years ago, this was a great place to live, but it’s going right down the gutter. Yes the gates are always broken, peoples cars are getting broken into. Yes they do let anyone move out, people use to be so quiet and now new tenants are loud, wild and out of control! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Dont move here!

Please dont move here.
Maintenance was called to repair my refrigerator. On the online maintenance request form I explicitly did not give them permission to enter because I knew that I would be home and did not want anyone walking in on me. The next day they arrived as I had just stepped out of the shower. They knocked and in less than a minute and before I could get decent, the maintenance guy entered my locked apartment. When I addressed this with him he got angry and said that he had...
hearing issues and that I could call management, which I did, but they were no more understanding saying that the maintenance guy was there to "help me" and that regardless of the fact that i did not give them permission to enter, that they had the right to do so. When I tried to explain further, management abruptly cut me off while speaking and asked in a hostile manner, "so what do you want me to do". They refused to even recognize at minimum, the uncomfortable situation that I was put in and did not even suggest addressing the issue with the employee so as to prevent this happening again. When you pay as much for rent as they charge here, you expect better.
I normally dont write reviews like this, but given the situation I see no other way to address my complaint.
Bottomline, unless you are comfortable with being violated dont move here.
