You are always met with high-quality service and a warm welcome whenever you visit—whether to request a repair or simply ask a question. They are highly professional, friendly, attentive, and quick to help resolve any situation. Kristy and Claudia go out of their way to provide... special, personalized care—not only regarding your specific unit but also on a personal level—ensuring that you truly feel like you are in a place you can call home. You can rest assured that any minor issue or situation will be resolved immediately—with professionalism, yet also with kindness and courtesy. The maintenance staff is consistently professional; they treat your apartment with respect and uphold the high standards of their company, working cleanly and taking care to leave no mess behind after completing their work. It is a pleasure to live in this apartment complex, where the staff works hard to ensure that every resident feels comfortable and at ease. The maintenance of the complex is exceptional; all areas are clean and well-kept. Pets are welcome. The entire complex—including every individual unit—is meticulously cared for, with attention paid to every detail. All units are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Kristy, the manager, takes her role very seriously, dedicating herself to making this complex a wonderful place to live while also looking out for every resident.

We did everything possible to get your A/C repaired as quickly as we could. However, as explained, the parts needed were discontinued by the manufacturer and had to be specially ordered, which caused an unavoidable delay. We’re glad that the supplies... have now arrived and that your A/C is fully repaired. Thank you for your patience.

Stay Away - Unsafe!

I visited this property in the interest of renting here. Stay away unless you just have nowhere else to go. The property felt very unsafe. The gates were wide open. I was able to just drive in without issue. The local area feels unsafe as well, especially with it being right off hwy 6. Anyone can just walk onto the property. The broken glass in the parking lot showed that cars may have been broken into. Ignoring the safety issue, the pool was very small, as was the gym. For as expensive as this... place is, especially with calling itself a "luxury" apartment, it should have a much better feel when you are there. It should also be secure.
