During my initial tour there was some miscommunication/ misunderstanding. Aaliyah was quick to rectify that. A few months later when I was finally ready to move and under a time constraints due to work and going out of town, Aaliyah went above and beyond for me. Stayed late for my tour (i work late and further away from the city). She advocated for my paper work to be quickly processed as she knew I was going out of town soon. Since my move in her and the front office have been quick to respond... to my questions and concerns. I look forward to living here. My referral has not had any complaints, which was my main reason for taking a second look. Thank you to the staff

My experience at Alta Sunset Heights has been disappointing. Throughout my lease, I’ve dealt with major issues such as a faulty A/C unit, pest problems, repeated appliance failures, safety concerns, and two unauthorized entries into my apartment. Maintenance and management have often been unresponsive or dismissive, which made these problems much harder to resolve. While the property itself has potential, the lack of professionalism and follow-through from the management team has significantly... affected my living experience.

I love this place. The staff are kind and will go out their way to help you. The apartments are modern and kept clean. The bonus is that for community living the apartments are quiet. I would recommend this community to friends and family.
