I have had a great time living here yet my neighbors are horrible. They play loud music or have the tv full volume till 12 sometimes later in the night. I have tried multiple times to ask them to keep it down yet they keep doing it later on. I am not happy with that fact.

Great staff - both leasing and, especially, maintenance. Good location. Complex feels safe. Dog friendly. Would recommend. Looking forward to meeting all the new people (new staff).

Disgusting, trashed property where no rules are ever enforced and nothing is ever cleaned either. Maintenance has no qualifications with zero effort to help anyone. The leasing staff does absolutely nothing all day but sling overpriced apartments to new victims. I have no idea why they even have a job, they do literally nothing all day. With the condition of the property, you would think no one even works there to begin with. How do you work in a leasing office 8 hours a day and nothing to show... for it??? Guess it doesn’t help that they work for the world’s worst company.

Yall gotta get the tenants better and address noise complaints. It’s no reason I can hear my neighbor below me music at 1AM on the weekend and at 7AM on a Sunday morning
