It’s very sad to mention that building 17 onwards the condition of the common-area flooring is also poor and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It affects the overall appearance and upkeep of the building. What has been most disappointing is the lack of consideration shown toward neighboring residents and the apparent lack of consistent follow-through when concerns are reported. The same: I wouldn’t even know where to begin from the moment I decided to move from one apartment to another. Before that move, I visited the apartment I now occupy and pointed out the details that needed to be repaired prior to my move-in, and I was always told it would be done. Then the move-in date arrived, and the apartment was still in the exact same condition: a front door that jams because it's misaligned, a stained toilet, a bathtub that didn't work and was also stained, deteriorated... sinks, and kitchen cabinets that are worn out and on the verge of collapsing. Even so, I told myself: they can fix them over time. Later, I received a maintenance invoice for the other apartment that includes charges not attributable to me, such as the tub resurface. Oh, and then there is the huge number of cockroaches I have encountered in the apartment I live in now. My experience is perfect, quiet, clean and well-located.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Living here has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences I’ve ever dealt with. There has been an ongoing roach infestation that has made the apartment basically unlivable, and despite paying for pest control, nothing has actually been done consistently or effectively.

I’ve gone to the front office multiple times over the past few months, sent emails, and tried to get help, but I’ve been dismissed over and over again.... Instead of taking accountability, management avoids real conversations and refuses to meet in person, only wanting to communicate through email or phone, which feels like they’re just trying to deflect the situation rather than fix it.

At one point, I even asked to transfer units, and they told me they couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be roaches elsewhere which says everything you need to know about how widespread the issue is. This has gone on for far too long, and it’s taken a toll on my health and peace of mind.

Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the health risk. It’s honestly best not to stay here. Read More
