Thin walls
To the person who lived at 1720 and wrote the review about no privacy the same is with 1620 oaktree dr.i have been here for 2 months and am already wanting to leave. You can hear everything the neighbors talk about, every single step the upstairs neighbors take, and the setup of the apartment is where your bed room is next to the neighbors living and your living room is next to your next door neighbors room. So if you are watching tv and they hear it, they will complain but yet they will put... loud music while showering and expect you not to complain about the noise.Then there are guests who don't care and are blaring their music at 4 in the morning or at midnight. The apartments are nice, but the walls are thin. Also, you can hear the upstairs neighbors flushing the toilet like if a whole bucket of water is being poured.If you work from home, this is NOT it.
