I've lived here a little over 3 years. I have never had any real issues. Diana in the leasing office has been great!! Usually the people in the leasing office are not so nice or have a little bit of an attitude. ( from other places I've lived). But Diana handles herself with poise and a great attitude. She is always smiling. She has handled the few request that I have had with promptness and urgency as if I was the only one that lives here. I moved out in October but they required 60 days notice after my lease was up. I therefore gave the notice and paid in advance through the end of the year (December 31). I dropped the keys off at the office before the end of the year and flew to Miami to go to the the Orange Bowl on New's Years Eve.

Months later, the office then claimed I dropped the keys off on the 5th (while I was still in Miami) and charged me over $200 extra and withheld my deposit.

It is just a ploy. The person in the… office did not offer a receipt when I dropped off the keys, just "Thank you" and now they demand I have "proof" of when the keys were dropped off.

Beware. They will lie to take your money and deny your deposit and use the threat of a credit report to hold you hostage. Read More
