Sunrise at Atascocita

The place has roaches and the staff will not fix the problem. There's been over 5 residents who all say they've called an complained- yet no reply or concern. Maintenance guy doesn't do his job and stares at everyone creepily. No security besides the gate and they refuse to put in cameras

I use to love living here. But once they changed management, the place went down hill fast.

1. Leasing managers lock themselves in the office.
2. Don’t answer when you knock.
3. They don’t answer the phones.
4. They barely answer emails.
5. They won’t take our packages so they are left outside in the open with an honor system.
6. They lie and say they don’t get maintenance requests, even though us residents get a confirmation email.
7. I have gotten rude responses when I finally get fed up… waiting for them to repair something.
8. They haven’t changed the gate code in years, so we get random drug deals in the apartments and people coming in and filling up our dump bins and then leave.
8. Our pool as been closed all summer even though other communities have their pool open.

I lived in a 3 bedroom and it had rats. I moved to a 2 bedroom and a rat came through the drain while my wife was showering which caused her to fall. All they did was provide sticky traps. Never caught a rat. They were too big for the traps. They would just run over the traps and drag them. I would not recommend this complex. There was a sex offender living in complex that management didn’t know about. I had to show them the dps sex offender site . They did make him move.

This apartment is really great! I was pleased when I moved in to see how clean and maintained everything was. I had to get something fixed right after I moved in and they came the very NEXT day and took care of it!! Very friendly staff, friendly neighbors, I’m glad I chose this as my home for me and the kids.
