Staff was very helpful in the moving process and understood the urgency. The community has been a nice living experience thus far, and the location is convenient and close to many places that I visit frequently.

Bellrock Summer Street is a hidden gem. From the staff to the amenities to the location and the actual floorplans, are the great attractions. Sitting only short minutes away from big brand stores, restaurants, night life, and downtown, what else can someone really ask for. I am glad to have made this choice. My only complaint is that I didn't know about Bellrock Summer Street sooner.

I am a long-time resident of the community since new construction in 2019. I have experienced much downside, some of which is no fault to management. From inception of leasing, I was able to enjoy a downtown view which was lost since the construction of the property next door. I would appreciate consideration of a reduction in rent due to the loss of that luxury.
