The tour that I had was great. The application process was smooth and easy. I love how communicative the property staff have been about everything. I’ve only been here a few weeks but it’s quiet area and haven’t had any issues so far. Work orders have been completed in timely manner and staff has been very helpful.

The Broadstone Amelia apartments provide open floor plans featuring modern appliances and excellent amenities. The convenience of in-unit laundry, valet trash service, and Fetch package delivery enhances the living experience. Location is key, and being close to supermarkets and just minutes away from Memorial City Mall and City Centre is a significant advantage. I feel safe in my community and am proud to call the Broadstone Amelia my home.
