Overall, I have had a positive experience. The location is convenient, the amenities are well maintained, and the covered parking is a valuable feature. I have also found both the leasing office staff and maintenance team to be professional, responsive, and helpful.

I do have a few concerns that could improve the experience. The hallways are often dirty and could benefit from more cleaning and lightning. In addition, despite this being a non-smoking community, there is frequently a noticeable... smell of weed and cigarette smoke in common areas that sometimes infiltrates the apartment. While management has sent reminders and emails about this issue, the problem has continued. Stronger enforcement of community policies is needed.

Safety and delivery logistics are also areas for improvement. Some drivers travel too fast in the parking areas. Although the Amazon Hub lockers are helpful, delivery reliability remains inconsistent.

I have lived in the apartment complex going on 7 years. I am satisfied overall.
After moving to the first floor by the pool, I have not been able to enjoy the patio due to the rat ?? problem. I saw fresh new rat droppings every morning! I am concerned with health hazards the rats and their droppings could bring! Pest control did place one rat trap two weeks ago but it was blown off the patio by the lawn care contractor the following day.

We understand how unsettling it is to encounter rodent activity, especially when it affects your ability to enjoy your home and raises health concerns. This is not the experience we want for any of our residents.

We also regret that the initial pest control efforts were disrupted and did not resolve the issue. We are taking this matter seriously and will be coordinating with our pest control provider to ensure that treatments remain in place and are effective.

The leasing office is nice before you sign the lease. I only stayed here because of the inconvenience of moving out, but not anymore. Only good thing about this place is the maintenance they typically come in a day.

Elevator is never working, gate is often not functioning and straight open. As the gates are frequently open I have met with non-residents in the facility in very scary situations. Hallways a dirty.
