I like living here I just want the office to do better on maintenance and cleaning the grounds and get the cats out it’s a lot of roaming cats

The entire team here at The Circle have been amazing since we moved in. Maura in the office is amazing and always is very prompt with her communication rather it be in person or email. Very polite and nice. Macario from maintenance crew is very knowledgeable about all things we had issues with. I feel very comfortable going forward if we have issues arise they will be dealt with very professionally and swiftly.

I’ve reported several issues and nothing has been done. My tub is peeling, my ceiling is cracking, and we have a roach problem — yet no one comes to spray, even though we’re being charged. On top of that, I was left without a toilet overnight, and it was put in my bathtub, making it unusable.
This is unacceptable.

Horrible service by the office mostly— only two or three people act decent with people. maintenance is great with the surplus of work they are doing to restore the place; and management never responds.
