Circle at Point Park Apartments

Circle at point park is affordable and very modest. The community is friendly, and they have a good variety of floor plans and services for residents.

The property management does make a big improvement to the image of this apartment complex.
However, buildings need to be torn down and rebuilt as better as you can.
Cannot cover the damages with the paint like the previous maintenance team.

Apartments are beautiful could use some cleanings in certain area , staff is amazing , they are super busy and can’t move as fast as you need but they try to help the best they can . Quite neighborhood but not so much on the neighbors.

I've lived at Circle at Point Park since 2018 to a nice remodeled apartment one bedroom. The service was great for about 6 months, then new management came in and the service began to go down. Since the these apartments have changed management like changing the trash and each time it has gotten worst and worst. I transferred from one apartment to another because my family was expending and that was the best move for the moment. I was shown a nice two bedroom apartment that remodeled, but once... transferred I was placed in an old apartment consumed with roaches and almost everything was broke and needed replaced.
