Ya está corriendo mi segundo contrato aquí. Con la administración nueva esto está marchando diferente. La propiedad es muy grande pero pienso que debería estar limpia como antes, el baño de chicas del Gym de la fase 1 estaba sucio y no había papel higiénico, el área de Grill en la fase 2 todo sucio. Pocas veces uso esos espacios y cuando voy está lleno de personas que seguramente no viven aquí. Grupos de 10 personas enserio? Chicos de la residencia “ costa Vizcaya “ entran aquí con permiso de... residentes de Dúo, sin chicos pero vamos sin supervisión es un desastre y molesto. Me favorece vivir aquí porque está a 5min de mi trabajo. Está bueno , no está del todo mal solo hay cosas que mejorar, mi lugar perfecto sería un complejo de departamentos que tenga estación de carga eléctrica para vehículos, y estaría cool cancha de deportes. ?????????? aqui hay mucho espacio fuera fenomenal! … me gusta vivir aquí solo que se notan las diferencias con la antigua administración. Espero todo salga bien ????
