Overall it has been good and in a prime location! Security is good and maintenance is usually pretty responsive. Slight problem with pets urinating in elevator and owners leaving the mess. Also problems with tenants leaving trash in trash room instead of using the chute which is in the same room. Both things are hard to monitor without cameras.

Overall the process was very simple and easy. I came a week prior to applying and I had fell in love with the place from the beginning specifically the no carpet is what sold me on this apartment complex. But also the luxurious apartment floorpans and amenities. The experience with the concierges were amazing as well, everyone is so kind and will guide you through the process. So far my experience at Eighteen25 has been 10/10.

Great staff, quiet location as far as the building is concerned. Residents seem respectful. Love the residential events that managements hosts. They’re always updating things which is nice! It smells like luxury in the hallways. 24hr front desk personnel personal is a plus! Location is in the middle of every where you’d want to go I feel. Christine is amazeballs! Staff is accommodating. One of my favorite places I’ve lived.
