You get what you pay for! It’s not fancy, no major bells and whistles and the actual units are not the prettiest but honestly I cannot complain for the price they charge. It’s affordable. Units aren’t huge. You will have to receive your own deliveries (groceries and food) no matter how far you live from the lobby, the common areas are not kept up well, the elevators always have dog pee or dirt, as well as the garage, the dog park is gross. Lots of unhoused people in the area. So you’re bound to... step out into unpredictable conditions right outside of the building. Pros: The property managers are CHILL which is a breath of fresh air—they’re not looking to bother people and they’re friendly. Neighbors are nice. Rent prices. You can decorate your door. And honestly what more can you ask for. You’ll have to pay for luxury if you want actual luxury.
