I have lived at Espria for the past year & have had a wonderful experience. My maintenance issues get taken care of swiftly & my neighbors are neighborly . I appreciate Lytavia as Esprias leasing Professional.

Since the change of front office people. A lot has change in this community. The only thing good in here are the maintenance people providing good service. The front office, a NO NO. Where are the events that gives the residents time to chat and be together?

We’re also very sorry for any misunderstanding with the front office hours.... That’s not the experience we want for our residents, and your feedback helps us understand where we need to improve. Regarding community events, we completely agree that opportunities for neighbors to connect are an important part of what makes this community feel like home. We do host monthly resident events, and we would truly appreciate your participation. Your presence and input help shape the kind of community gatherings residents enjoy most.

Management is unprofessional and dismissive. Complaints are ignored, staff have poor attitudes, and the manager is never available. Ongoing issues like marijuana smoke entering units are not resolved. You’re left dealing with problems while paying high rent.

Our team works hard to address issues as they arise, and we do everything within our authority to mediate... conflicts and resolve problems. Unfortunately, while we can intervene and enforce community policies, we cannot always control how neighbors interact or ensure that everyone will get along.
Regarding the concerns you mentioned, including smoke transfer and communication challenges, we can document them and take appropriate action. Our goal is always to maintain a comfortable living environment, and we remain committed to assisting residents to the best of our ability.
