My roommate and I love it here! Living here has been great for the most part, but our neighbors are very loud at night. We love the amenities and our apartment.

So far pretty good. Not a ton of noise within the building. Pretty chill building and maintenance has been slow but relatively effective. Units are awesome, and the shared common room is kept very nice. Definitely could use some attention to hallway carpets and maybe some variety in gym equipment. Outdoor cushions also need some love, and some extra policing on picking up after pets on the shared turf areas would be amazing. Overall though, pretty pleasant so far.
