Great community and area proximity to highway and park. Maintenance are always there when something is wrong. Only issue would be either elevators or garage gate isn’t functioning every other month.

Moving into HAUS Memorial Park has been a great experience so far. The location is one of the biggest highlights — it’s close to Memorial Park, great restaurants, shopping, and easy access to major highways, while still feeling peaceful and upscale. The building itself feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful amenities and a stylish atmosphere throughout.
My apartment has a spacious layout and high-end finishes. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in the design, from... the appliances to the overall aesthetic. The staff has also been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living.
Another standout feature is the community atmosphere. The common areas are inviting, and the property feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. Whether it’s using the gym, relaxing by the pool, or just coming home after work, it genuinely feels like a luxury living experience.
