The maintenance of the the building is getting better.

The elevators still malfunction but the turnaround time for repair is much quicker now. Thant's an improvement.

Absolutely love the amenities and the neighbors here. Modern looking apartments at an affordable rate. Staff are very friendly.
Memorial park is just a 9 minute walk from here which is so nice. I’m loving it so far.

Amazing community, elevators are down more than I’d like and now the garage exit is down (technically up) but other than that no complaints. Maintenance is fast, pool is cleaned regularly, home is quiet even with a poolside patio and neighbors are great 4.8 stars.

Great small community with awesome maintenance and staff service. Only downside is that either garage gates or the elevators are not functional every couple of weeks.
