High Point Uptown

This is my second time living at High Point Uptown, and out of the many apartment communities I’ve lived in under different management companies, Greystar and High Point Uptown have been my favorite. A strong leasing office team is extremely important to the resident experience, and High Point truly stands out in that area. The leasing team was a major reason I decided to return to the property.

Another thing I appreciate is the attention being given to the property itself. Many communities... start to feel lackluster or decline after a few years, regardless of who manages them, but it is great to see Greystar and High Point Uptown continuing to invest in updates, upkeep, and improvements throughout the community. Even smaller details like fresh paint, updated decor, and replacing hallway carpets make a noticeable difference. I like my apartment, it has nice lighting and mostly quiet neighbors. The common areas are always a problem. Elevators and garage gates remain perpetually broken for months (or else they get repaired and immediately break again), as does the gym/pool. Management is very nice and friendly, but the constant issues with amenities/common spaces are frustrating.

Love it here. Great staff. Great amenities. Great people. Great world here.

Move-in was great. Property managers are responsive and helpful when it comes to getting appliances fixed and answered my many questions prior to signing the lease.
