Repairs are not done timely. They delay issues and I’ve had many issues since I moved in. Nice community but the amenities we pay for are not good. For instance, the pool stays dirty, lounge is worn and needs refreshing, the coffee cups are never stocked, the TV doesn’t work, the outdoor lounge on 3rd floor outside string lights do not work work, the outdoor fire pits do not operate with fob as it says it should. Now what’s good about the community the neighbors are quiet, respectful, halls are... quiet, halls have gotten better as they seem to clean more often. Staff is very nice! Manny is amazing and so is Candace!

Excellent resident support
I’ve had a really positive experience at Hollings Post Oak. The office staff has been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Stephanie, Candice, and Manny always make sure questions are answered and any concerns are handled in a timely manner. Their professionalism and great attitude make a big difference and help create a welcoming environment for residents.
The communication from the office is always clear and respectful, which makes living here much easier and stress-free. Whenever I’ve... needed assistance, the team has been approachable, patient, and willing to help. It’s nice to know there are people in the office who genuinely care about making sure residents feel comfortable and supported.
Overall, the staff does a great job maintaining a positive atmosphere in the community, and it really shows in the way they interact with residents. Their dedication and friendliness are truly appreciated and make Hollings Post Oak a pleasant place to live.

Run Run Run
Weekly car break ins, loud music night after night, entire 1st and 2nd floor flooded mold is forming, ghost town on 1st floor due to pipe burst, no elevators since pipe burst one small far away elevator left if it breaks we will be screwed. Hallway smells like dogs and dog poo and pee, no resident events ever, no way to get food delivered to your unit you must go outside to meet door dash, WORST PLACE WE ALL LIVED IN OUR LIFE.

The alarm that cried wolf
If you value your sleep this is not the place for you. Smoke alarm goes off every wk sometimes more than once a wk at the most inconvenient times. 2am 5 am smh. It’s very concerning because people are so used to it going off that they don’t even leave their apartments. One day that will be a big mistake. Management does not acknowledge why the alarm goes off so often in the dead of night
