A/C Thanks to our maintenance team for getting my A/C working. It was an extremely hot day to work on the roof to resolve the problem. They did it and I am grateful!

Renewal of Lease Was extremely happy that we have new ownership and they were proactive in getting things done around the property. More importantly renewing my lease was so easy. They set up a meet and renew your lease on the second floor to assist with the renewal process. Wine & cheese was a bonus! So happy with the new management that is on property. Thank you so much!

Repairs are not done timely. They delay issues and I’ve had many issues since I moved in. Nice community but the amenities we pay for are not good. For instance, the pool stays dirty, lounge is worn and needs refreshing, the coffee cups are never stocked, the TV doesn’t work, the outdoor lounge on 3rd floor outside string lights do not work work, the outdoor fire pits do not operate with fob as it says it should. Now what’s good about the community the neighbors are quiet, respectful, halls are... quiet, halls have gotten better as they seem to clean more often. Staff is very nice! Manny is amazing and so is Candace!
