I have not moved in yet but so far the experience has been all good. The apartment has a great view of Downtown H-Town and the location is AWESOME! If you're looking for a great place at a great price you more than likely will end up here so check out the Houston House.

Maintenance could be better but other than that it has been a nice experience rent is cheap neighbors are friendly. Would be nice to fix the movie room to experience it
