Houston House Apartments is an amazing place to live, with incredible views, great amenities, and a prime location in the heart of downtown. The staff is generally friendly, and the building has a lot of potential for a luxury living experience.

That said, communication from management could definitely be improved. There have been several times where updates or responses took longer than expected, leaving residents feeling in the dark. Additionally, the cleanliness of the common hallways could... use more consistent attention—especially in high-traffic areas. A regular cleaning schedule would go a long way in keeping the space feeling polished and professional.

Aside from those issues, I’ve really enjoyed living here. The atmosphere, amenities, and location make it worth considering—just hoping to see those small areas of improvement addressed soon.

Experience is good; however, residents can keep property cleaner by picking up after themselves and putting the equipment back in the gym area.
