Everything has been very clear about the application process and emails are answered in a timely manner. We are still trying to figure out how to do a security deposit through built Rewards.

I am giving it three stars instead of two because of Debbie and Marissa, both of whom have been kind and helpful to me since I moved in.
The laundry room in this building is so ghetto. The machines are dirty, the floor is always dirty, half the time the washing machines and dryers don’t work.
Building manager likes to close the office door and hang a sign saying that she is in a meeting and please don’t disturb. She almost never responds to emails.
So many people have cockroach problems, it’s... so nasty.
I cannot wait to move out of this place. I am glad that the price is so reasonable, and it’s nice to have such a balcony. But it isn’t worth it.

Overall I’ve had a really good time living here very nice building. Amenities are nice and you have pretty much everything you’d need the only thing I would suggest is a little corner store type room at the first floor like the other apartment building nearby have would be a great way for the building to make extra money and it’d be convenient for the people living here and if they could just go down to the first floor to grab something small from the shop they’d have no reason to leave and... spend that money elsewhere
