I love the location and convenience of living at the Houston House. I am however unhappy with the elevators being out of order all the time and the new mandatory wifi payments that will go into effect when I renew my lease

The parking garage it’s a big problem they have never fix my tag the answer it’s I don’t know ! That doesn’t fix my problem I’ve been multiple times and nothing has changed.

The worst. If you have any major issues expect them to be ignored. Minor updates to useless amenities but not worth the rent price or headache that comes from living in this building.

Overall good experience...... small issue with little roaches in kitchen, and u can here thru the wall, and low ceiling... but mai tenance is quick and staff is nice
