DISGUSTING

Do not move here!! This place is riddled with rats, mice, roaches and snakes! They do not fix anything yet charge for everything. You will go without hot water or water multiple times of year. Maintenance is incompetent. The roaches crawl on you at night, you can't open windows and the mold is unbearable. Live in your car before moving here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The staff is disrespectful and not helpful at all. they do not have experience people to fix any type of issues you have. They property is not well kept the dumpsters are always full disgusting and trash all over the parking area they don't care for the residents. I've had numerous of problems with ac and other issues and they say they will send someone and don't. I call the office number and they don't answer at all it takes days to reach them. We have been without hot water for days on… multiple occasions. This is not where you want to live. its not worth your money

Stressful since day 1

I’ve only lived here for 3 days and it’s already a stressful disaster. When they handed us the key, they told us we had no refrigerator and no stove. I had to throw my groceries out. The ac has not worked since the day we moved in and it’s too hot to sleep there, I’ve been staying elsewhere. I have reported it to them and they said they’d have someone come. They still haven’t so when I called again to have someone come, the lady who I spoke to gave me an attitude and hung up the phone on me… while I was trying to ask her a question. The employees are so disrespectful and I really hate the fact that I’m leasing for a year. Stay away from here, no wonder the place is so cheap. Not worth the struggle.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

This is not a place you will want to spend your hard earn money to live. I just moved in a few days ago and submitted my move in check list and was told today that they didn't promise anything would be new. The tile, toilet , dishwasher, should have been replaced they cracked, rusty, and broken. Do not trust the photos. Please do your research and read the reviews for this property on different sights
