How Is This Rating Determined?

Worst place to rent

Cockroaches. Maintenance doesn’t repair things properly. Takes months for your appliances to be fixed. Cars stolen and left on bricks. Desire the leasing office attendant and Jacob are unhelpful. Kari is never to be found. Security cameras get turned away during robberies. No parking. The list goes on and on and on.

Very nice location with parks on both sides. Easy and nearby access to stores like H.E.B., Walmart, Kroger, gas stations...all in walking distance. Near Washington with easy and close access to Night Life. Very friendly and helpful Office and Maintenence staff. A great view of downtown at the Pool. A nice gym and game room

After comparing multiple apartment communities, I had moved into Jackson hill apartments, seems my decision is right. This community has spacious rooms, well ventilation to all most all rooms. Walking space, well planned corridors, nice staff enhanced my living here. Thank you
