Just move in to my apartment at Las Palmas and I’m loving it. There’s nothing in the area that give you the safety, luxury, and well maintained grounds like this apartment complex. The leasing staff are awesome and same with maintenance.
Erica and Chris have been extremely helpful to me in this moving process which is a blessing with how stressful moving can be. Keep up the good work!

Nice and Clean Apartments! I like the pool. The fitness rom can be better though. Not that much of dambels and equipment can be found there!

Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey—your feedback is very important to us. Please know that we address any damage to the gate as soon as possible. Unfortunately, issues can occasionally occur due to moving or... delivery trucks, or resident vehicles, but we work to resolve these matters as promptly as we can.

Our community currently uses the Butterfly system, which allows residents to monitor who is entering and exiting the property. This system includes camera access so you can view your guests in real time.

In addition, we have recently added a security officer to our community. If you notice anything that requires further attention, please feel free to contact the office during normal business hours. For after-hours concerns, you may call 281-286-5100. If the issue involves a legal matter or disturbance, you may request to have the courtesy officer notified, and he will be happy to assist.

We appreciate your residency and are committed to providing the best living experience possible at Las Palmas. Our door is always open, and we are here to help in any way we can.
