Horrible apartment building complex. Car was towed at this apartment facility at 6am, when the parking for guest expired at 1:42am. This unreasonable for you guys to allow them to tow cars at this time due. Woke up at 8am 5/26 to my car towed. No point of staying here if you can't even have guest over for more than one day. Most def won't be renewing my lease here. They dont allow guest parking for over 24 hrs. Plus the guest parking is limited to 15 cars max in this building. This is the last... concern I want my guest to worry about is if there car parked for a certain amount of time that they will get towed. Supposed to be "luxury" but it's given poor quality here. Better buildings in the surrounding area just charge a flat fee for daily parking which makes sense to avoid dumb stuff like this experience above. Read More

The staff has been excellent to work with so far. Sabrina, Kellye, and Jereme have all been on top of things 24/7 and have been able to get us approved during a rather unlikely situation. My roommate didn't have a photo ID (new TX resident) and they were able to give us our specials even after we passed the due dates for everything because of that issue. They have been so kind to us and I cannot wait to move in. It's also a gorgeous, brand new apartment complex with fantastic amenities!
