I liked living here, been here 3 years plus. Skyler iand Kimberly are sweet and will work hard to see that residents are happy here. Nice pool area and gym.

Lived since 2021 and absolutely enjoy it here. I’ve never had any issues with management or maintenance. Staff along with maintenance are professional and friendly, always call me by my first name. The events they plan are always nice to attend.

The transition here at the mandalay was great. I love it here already. Nice and quiet. So far so good. The bathroom and kitchen is my most favorite part in the apartment. I am still getting settled and I am calling this place home.

I am on my second lease and this community has been my savior's grace. It's super convenient with a Walmart and HEB within 5 miles. And I distinctly and specifically LOVE my island.
