I love it here, the area is always nice and it’s quiet, from the leasing office to the maintenance men they’re grrreeeat!! Only problem is my neighbor above me. She feels she’s not living in the apartment by herself, it’s constant noise, I tune some out, but when u get off from working graveyard shift all you want to do is come home to peace and quiet

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful office staff. Office staff always has a great ?? attitude. Very professional and respectful to tenants. A awesome Maintenance team. With 1 day fixes and repairs. No loud music. No teenagers hanging out. Pet Friendly community

Was a bug issue that is now resolved due to my own help and bi weekly pest sprays.
Quiet neighborhood no issues so far.
Been here 2 months with no complaints .

This is my third time renewing my lease. The staff here is amazing and I have really enjoyed living here. The community and ground keeping is well taken care of, and the area is really quiet. The communication with the staff is excellent. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Its been six months since move in and I still enjoy my spacious apartment. I give four stars only because i have a neighbor who does not abid by valet trash rules and has trash outside her door directly across from my unit that is not contained with multiple blood stained concrete. The other negative is not enough covered or garage spaces available to rent. I asked to be put on a wait list but still no availability. Other than that im still content for now.
