Maribella 3804 Brandt St: total disaster, do not rent here

The managers first stated it will take 1-2 days to get an answer. Then it turned into 4 days and their story kept changing. This cost us an extra $430 bucks as we are out of town and we had to scramble to get a hotel and then airbnb. Then, one more day and - despite provide high income document- denial to rent an apartment with "no explanation". What?? Totally irresponsible, selfish / unresponsive and slow managers. Do not rent here!!! Better pay a few more bucks and find a better place.... Terrible experience- just a headache, waste of time and money.
