I am still giving this apartment a 2-star rating for its prime location and, most of the time, prompt maintenance. But the rest is the worst you can possibly imagine for what they called a luxury apartment: expect to hear loud neighbors who party till midnight or tenants blasting music so loud that you can hear it with a headset on. And roaches, ranging from small to thumb-sized, appearing almost once a week. Pest control does not help at all.

Outdated apartment, unprofessional and rude staff, allows individuals in your unit who have not undergone proper background checks, apt constantly needs repairs, leasing agents are always in and out as the property manager makes all of their lives hell so they then take it out on the residents

Avoid Marq31. My move-in was a disaster: no AC, damaged appliances, scratched floors, mildew washer/dryer, broken router, and roaches. This is not luxury living—just overpriced stress.

I've lived here for almost 6 months and the new staff led by the new Property Manager Darlin, has been a breath of fresh air. The maintenance staff is great!

Love the staff, they were very helpful and are always welcoming. The maintenance team is stellar and professional. This location is perfect for my family and couldn't be happier. Two thumbs up! Come see for yourself :)
