I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The neighbors are respectful and I feel safe day to day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the staff is friendly and professional. Overall it’s a comfortable place to live and I would recommend it.

I wish we are not using gas. It is very dangerous when residence not being careful and maintenance team not taking it seriously. In addition, maintenance is a bit a slow sometimes. Other than that, I love this apartment complex very much!

So far so good. The repair to my patio door has not been made. Going on 18 days now. Nonetheless the staff is nice and the location is convenient

Been here for almost 3 years now. Great experience overall! Love the proximity to the med center, grocery stores, and multiple restaurants and cafes in Rice village.

Good amenities inside and outside the apartment. Only issues come with management taking multiple attempts for them to reply and the continued issues with garage gate.
