For the most part it’s great. Staff is nice and responsive. They actually make things happen and get things done. Maintenance is quick to respond. Homes are nice. The carpet replacement was a nice touch. Landscaping is nice. The gyms are well kept. Grounds are kept up. The stairwells could be cleaner. They often have debris. Residents leave items in the frieight elevator area. The outside of the building needs a good power wash. Concierge service is great. So overall, minor issues. Great place... to live. Highly recommend.

In response to concerns about items left in the freight elevator area, management has recently added “No Dumping” signage to help deter this behavior. Additionally, we have a full building pressure washing scheduled in the near future to address the exterior appearance. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to enhance the living experience for all residents!
